The company is an emerging player in the asset management industry and is well-known for their real estate funds. They have recently expanded into Europe with a new real estate fund; they also introduced eight new funds into their product mix giving the company a bit of diversification. Because of the recent downturn in their stock price, I see this as a good buying opportunity within this industry.

I'm a big fan of real estate investment so I think it is a good buy. CNS compared to the industry is doing great and it is also outperforming its main competitor GHL. My only concern is the ups and downs in stock price. In the last month the stock price has been bounced around from 32-36 and everything in between. Do you believe it will stabilize and continue to increase in the near future? Other than that I like it.
