Helix ESG is an offshore oil services company based primarly in the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea while also expanding into markets through Asia. Helix differentiates itself by being a global leader in the exploitation of marginal fields (fields near the end of their life cycle). They also are involved in pipeline construction and inspection. Helix also has production capability because of a recent acquisition of Remington. Helix will use its own vessels and construction expertise to improve the profitability of its own wells during their traditional Q4/Q1 off-season.
